Guestroom terms and conditions
– The room rate is including breakfast and VAT, excluding the 7% city tax
– The room rate is excluding governmental tourist tax of € 3,- p.p.p.n.
– The supplement for double occupancy is € 25,- per room per night.
All guest rooms will be booked on an individual base. Rooms will be blocked for ISEAC-41 participants until 20 October 2023. For later bookings and bookings before or after the conference dates, please book directly at Novotel through the following link.
The cancellation policies for individual guests are as follows:
Conditions:
- You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 7 days prior to arrival
- For cancellations between 7 and 3 days prior to arrival, we will charge 1 room night
- For any cancellations within 3 days prior to arrival we will charge 100% of the expected costs.
This includes no-shows, late arrivals and changes made during your stay.
Breakfast will be served between 06:00 and 09:30 AM during the weekdays and from 06:00 and 10:30 AM during the weekend. Breakfast is served on an individual base, in our hotel restaurant.
Check-in time is from 15:00. All rooms are available until noon on the day of departure.
