Registration fee includes:
* Admission to all scientific sessions and vendor seminars
* Access to the poster sessions and exhibition area
* e-Book of abstracts
* Access to the conference app
* Access to pdf of posters
* All coffee/tea breaks
* Lunch in the venue restaurant
* Welcome reception on Monday 20th November (free registration required)
* Certificate of participation
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation and invoice for payment. If not, please contact us at registrations@iseac41.com. Registration is only final after receipt of the payment
Cancellation policy
Changes and cancellations need to be notified in writing. The following policy applies:
* Cancellation before 1st September: 100% refund*
* Cancellation before 1st October 2023: 70% refund*
* Cancellation before 1st November 2023: 50% refund*
* From 1st November 2023: no refund
- Refunds will be made after the conference. A cancellation fee of € 50 will be deducted from the refund.
Substitution by another participant without cancellation is possible until 10th November 2023 upon request in writing.
Note:
The organisers do not accept any liability for personal injuries, loss or damage of properties, travel delays, and changes in the program. Participants are kindly requested to check their own insurance situation.
